Shipping

We ship between Monday thru Saturday. If you purchased a shipping method with insurance coverage, please contact us at support@honeyhairco.com and we can look further into your order. If your package lost in transit or not delivered for any reason and you do not have insurance, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking number. We are not responsible for uninsured packages.

  • First Class (1-5 days): Free. No insurance. Tracking included.
  • First Class (1-5 days): $4.99. Insured up to $500. Tracking included.
  • Priority Mail (1-3 days): $9.99. Insured up to $500. Tracking included.
  • Priority Mail Express (1-2 days): $29.99. Insured up to $500. Tracking included.
  • International Priority (6-10 days): $39.99. No insurance. Tracking included.
  • International Express (3-5 days): $49.99. No insurance. Tracking included.

In-Store Pickups

Orders are usually ready for pickup at any of our locations within just a few hours, except for major holidays and sales where pickup times may drastically increase. When your order is packaged, you will receive a email or text message with the details to pickup your order. Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or refund for any reason. Hair must be in its original condition meaning no dying, bleaching, chemical processing, unravelling, washing, or cutting.

If you notice any obvious problems upon receiving your order such as your order has the wrong items, lengths, or patterns, please contact us immediately at support@honeyhairco.com with your order number in the subject line. We will correct the problem at no cost to you.

Return/Exchange Process

Click here to request a return or exchange. You will receive a return label by email and you will have 3 days from receiving the label to mail it back or visit any of our nearby store locations. Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the hair within 3 business days and issue you a refund or exchange to the original payment method minus any processing, restocking, or shipping fees. A 10% processing fee is deducted from approved refunds that have not yet shipped or not yet picked up. A 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping fees are deducted from approved refunds that have shipped or have been picked up. There are no processing, restocking, or shipping fees for exchanges unless you request enhanced shipping options.
