We only ship products to confirmed addresses. Shipping inside the US usually takes 1-3 business days to receive. We ship Monday through Saturday. Free shipping is provided by USPS for US addresses. Once shipments leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please contact the shipping provider in case of any issues. For local pickup orders, we arrange a time and location in downtown St. Louis, MO for you to pickup your order. Orders are ready for pickup in as soon as 3 hours from when the order was made. Please do not book an appointment with a stylist until you have received your package. Unfortunate accidents and delays can occur.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 7 days from placing your order to request an exchange or refund and hair MUST be in it’s original state (no dyes, chemicals, unravelling, washing, cutting, etc). If you notice any problems upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (888) 494-6639. A 7.5% processing fee is deducted from approved refunds that have not yet shipped. A 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs are deducted from approved refunds that have been shipped. If your return qualifies, you will ship the returned items to us, we will inspect them, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment after we inspect the returned items.
