Shipping

We ship between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once shipments leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages unless you select a shipping option with insurance at checkout. If you choose to not order shipping insurance, please contact USPS customer service for additional support. If you purchased a shipping method with insurance coverage, please contact us at support@honeyhairco.com and we can look further into your order. If your package is lost in transit or not delivered for any reason and you do not have insurance, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for uninsured packages and not responsible for any carrier shipping disruptions that delay your delivery. If you desire to cancel your order due to a USPS shipping delay, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. If you would like to cancel due to delayed arrival of your order because processing by Honey Hair Co. was delayed, shipping fees will be waived.

  • USPS Ground (2-5 days): FREE. No insurance. Tracking included.
  • USPS Ground (2-5 days): $4.99. Package insured. Tracking included.
  • USPS Priority (1-3 days): $9.99. Package insured. Tracking included.
  • USPS Express ( Next-Day to 2-Day): $29.99. Package insured.  Tracking included.
  • International Priority (6-10 days): $39.99. No insurance. Tracking included.
  • International Express (3-5 days): $49.99. No insurance. Tracking included.

In-Store Pickup

Orders are usually ready for pickup at any of our locations within an hours, except for major holidays and sales where pickup times may drastically increase. When your order is packaged, you will receive a email or text message with the details to pickup your order.
