We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship the same day when placed by 3pm CT.
📦 Package Protection — included on every order
Every order ships with Package Protection — full coverage against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
- Orders $400+: Package Protection is FREE — on us
- Orders under $400: Package Protection is $6
That $6 covers your order against:
- ✓ Lost packages — Your order doesn't arrive
- ✓ Stolen packages — Marked delivered but missing (porch piracy)
- ✓ Damaged in transit — Arrives broken or compromised

✍️ Signature Required on Orders $500+
To protect high-value orders, all shipments with a subtotal of $500 or more require signature on delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package, or use a delivery address where someone can sign for it. This is a security measure to prevent theft and ensure your order reaches you safely.
🏬 Ship-to-Store In-Store Pickup
Choose Ship-2-Store at checkout to pick up your order at one of our stores for free. Orders typically ship to the store within 2–4 business days. You'll receive an email or text confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

⏰ Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day when ordered by 3pm CT between Monday and Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
A note on delivery timelines
Please do not schedule hair appointments before receiving your package. While carriers are usually reliable, delays, weather disruptions, and high-volume periods (holidays, Black Friday, etc.) can occasionally push delivery beyond the estimated window. We can't be responsible for missed appointments due to carrier delays.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you cancel your order due to a shipping delay after it has shipped, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the package.
