We ship between Monday through Friday. Once shipments leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages unless you order shipping insurance. If you choose to not order shipping insurance, please contact the shipping provider in case of any issues. If you purchased a shipping method with insurance coverage, please contact us at email@example.com and we can look further into your order. If your package lost in transit or not delivered for any reason and you do not have insurance, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for uninsured packages and not responsible for any carrier shipping disruptions that delay your delivery. If you desire to cancel your order due to a USPS shipping delay, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. If you would like a cancel due to delayed arrival of your order because processing by Honey Hair Co. was delayed, shipping fees will be waived.

Orders are usually ready for pickup at any of our locations within just a few hours, except for major holidays and sales where pickup times may drastically increase. When your order is packaged, you will receive a email or text message with the details to pickup your order. Please do not come before you have received your pickup confirmation message.
