Shipping and Pickup Policy
Shipping
We ship between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once shipments leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages unless you select a shipping option with insurance at checkout. If you choose to not order shipping insurance, please contact the shipping provider's customer service for additional support. If you purchased a shipping method with insurance coverage, please contact us at support@honeyhairco.com and we will look further into your order.
We are not responsible for uninsured packages and not responsible for any carrier shipping disruptions that delay your delivery. If you desire to cancel your order due to a shipping delay, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. If you would like to cancel due to delayed arrival of your order because processing by Honey Hair Co. was delayed, shipping fees will be waived.
- UPS Ground (2-4 days): FREE. No insurance. Tracking included.
- UPS Ground (2-4 days): $5. Package insured. Tracking included.
- UPS 2nd Day (1-2 days): $10. Package insured. Tracking included.
- USP Overnight (Next-Day Guaranteed): $30. Package insured. Tracking included.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 days): $30. Package insured. Tracking included.
- UPS Worldwide Saver (1-3 days): $50. Package insured. Tracking included.
In-Store Pickup
Orders are usually ready for pickup at any of our locations within an hour, except for major holidays and sales where pickup times may increase. When your order is packaged, you will receive a email or text message with the details to pickup your order. Please do not come before you have received your pickup confirmation message.
