What is Loyal Bee Rewards?
It's our way of saying thank you. You earn store credit, real dollars on your account, for signing up, shopping with us and referring friends. Store credit works like cash on your next order, online or in any of our stores.
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Just create an account or log in.
How do I earn store credit?
- Sign-up bonus: $6 in store credit when you create an account.
- Cashback on every order: 1% to 3% back in store credit, based on your Bee tier.
- Refer friends: 2% of your friend's first order in store credit. Share your referral link from the Earn tab; your friend signs up through it and places their first order.
What are the Bee tiers?
Your tier is based on how much you've spent with us in total.

The order that takes you past a tier's spend earns your current rate; every order after that earns the new tier's rate.
How is cashback calculated?
Cashback is based on your item subtotal after discounts. It doesn't include shipping, tax or the part of the order you paid with store credit. It's added to your account once your order is paid.
Where can I see my balance?
When you're logged in, tap the rewards button on any page to see your balance, your tier, ways to earn and your history. We also email you whenever new store credit is added.
How do I use my store credit?
No code needed. Online, tick the store credit option at checkout. In store, ask our team to apply it at the register (in store, your full available balance is applied).
Can I use store credit with a discount code?
Yes. Store credit works together with a discount code. New to Honey Hair Co? Use code SHOP20 for 20% off your first order, and you'll still earn cashback on it.
Does store credit expire?
Yes. Your $6 sign-up bonus expires 30 days after you create your account. Cashback and referral credit expire 1 year after they're added. The rewards button shows anything expiring soon.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
The cashback you earned on that order is taken back in proportion to the amount refunded.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. Earn as much as you like!
