Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or refund via a support ticket.

- All refunds are processed at 90% of the purchase price minus the order shipping fees back to the original payment method.

- The remaining 10% is issued as store credit. This non-expiring credit may be applied toward any future order.

- To be eligible, products must remain in their original, unused condition. Hair must not be dyed, bleached, chemically processed, unraveled, washed, cut, or installed.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that shows signs of wear, installation, or tampering is not eligible for return or refund.

- Refunds are only approved after inspection of the returned merchandise. Items failing to meet these conditions will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

 

Unclaimed Orders (Store Pickup or Delivery Refusal):

Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification, or orders refused at delivery, will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are not eligible for a full refund. Refunds may be processed according to our cancellation policy (90% refund to the original payment method, 10% issued as store credit).

If you notice any issues upon receiving your order such as the wrong item, length, or pattern — please file a support ticket below or contact us immediately at (888) 494-6639. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Create a support ticket 

After a support ticket is filed and return instructions are sent, you will have the option of  to return by mail or in store. If by mail, you will receive a prepaid return label by email and you will have up to 3 days to mail it back. Upon us receiving your returned items, we will inspect the items within 2 business days after receiving. For refunds, 90% of the order minus shipping fees will be returned back to the original form of payment. The remaining 10% is returned as store credit.
