At Honey Hair Co., we respect your privacy and uphold your rights under applicable data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA. You can request the deletion of your personal data held by our store through the Shopify platform.
How to Submit Your Request
To initiate deletion of your personal data:

Visit Shopify’s Privacy Portal and click “Erase my data” to start the process. This will erase your data across Shopify services such as Shop or Shop Pay.

Alternatively, if you’ve made purchases or created an account with Honey Hair Co., please reach out directly via support@honeyhairco.com so we can help you process the request from our Shopify admin. You may also request from your Shopify admin under Customers → More actions → Erase personal data.
What Happens Next

If deleting data via Shopify, they will process your erasure request—typically within 30 days.

If deletion is requested through our store:

Shopify may delay erasure for up to 180 days from the customer’s last order (to account for potential chargebacks).

You may cancel your request within 10 days if needed.

Irreversibility: Once your data is erased, it cannot be recovered.

Exclusions: Certain transaction metadata—like order dates or records of sales—may remain visible to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Third-party data: We will notify any involved third-party services to remove your personal data, as far as possible.
