You have 14 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. Products must be in its original condition meaning no dying, bleaching, chemical processing, unravelling, washing, or cutting.

If you notice any problems upon receiving your order such as your order has the wrong items, lengths, or patterns, please contact us immediately at 888-494-6639. We will correct the problem at no cost to you.

Return Process

Click here to request a return or exchange You can return your items either by mail or in store. If by mail, you will receive a return label by email and you will have up to 3 days to mail it back. Upon us receiving your returned items, we will inspect the hair within 2 business days and issue you a refund or exchange. For refunds, 90% of the order minus shipping fees will be returned back to the original form of payment. The remaining 10% is returned as store credit.
