You have 14 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or refund for any reason. Products must be in its original condition meaning no dying, bleaching, chemical processing, unravelling, washing, or cutting. For refunds, you have a 7-day window to request a refund back to the original payment method. Between 8 and 14 days, your return will be processed as store credit.

Return Process
Click here to request a return or exchange You can return your items either by mail or in store. If by mail, you will receive a return label by email and you will have up to 3 days to mail it back. Upon us receiving your returned items, we will inspect the hair within 2 business days and issue you a refund or exchange to the original payment method minus any restocking fees. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from approved refunds that have not yet shipped or been picked up.
