Standard Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded at 90% of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to the original payment method.

- The remaining 10% is issued as non-expiring store credit.

Defective Items (100% Refund Eligibility)

- Items confirmed to be defective while still in new, unused condition qualify for a 100% refund to the original payment method, including applicable shipping fees.

- Defective items must be reported within the 14-day return window and are subject to inspection.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund: 
- Products must remain in their original, unused condition.
- Hair must not be dyed, bleached, chemically processed, unraveled, washed, cut, or installed.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, any product showing signs of wear, installation, or tampering is not eligible for return or refund.

All returns are inspected before approval. Items that do not meet eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer without refund.

Unclaimed Orders (Store Pickup or Delivery Refusal)

Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification, or refused at delivery, are considered abandoned.

Abandoned orders are not eligible for a full refund and follow the standard refund structure:
- 90% refunded to the original payment method
- 10% issued as store credit

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item, length, or pattern, contact us immediately at (888) 494-6639 or submit a support ticket. Verified order errors will be corrected at no cost to you.

Return Process

After return approval:
- Items may be returned in store or by mail.
- Mail returns receive a prepaid label and must be shipped within 7 days of issuance.
- Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in return cancellation.

Refunds are issued after inspection:
- Standard returns: 90% refund + 10% store credit
- Verified defective items: 100% refund

Product Verification Requirement

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect hair extensions before altering or installing the product.

Any product that has been installed, altered, colored, washed, cut, or chemically processed is considered accepted and no longer eligible for return, refund, or defect claims.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Due to lighting, screen settings, and natural hair variation, color, texture, and pattern may vary slightly from product photos or previous orders.

Agreement to Policy

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to:
- All return eligibility requirements
- Inspection and approval procedures
- Refund structure and timelines outlined in this policy

Failure to follow return instructions or eligibility requirements may result in denial of refund.

Such variations are not considered defects or fulfillment errors.
